The cover doesn't seem to allow much room for the thickness of the futon mattress. By size, the cover should have had an additional 4"-5" extra material around my futon: I couldn't shimmy the cover over the futon without risk of tearing the fabric or seams, so unfortunately had to return. Maybe it's a simple as ordering a full-size bigger than your mattress? The colors are vibrant and pretty, but I can only imagine they will color-bleed in the washer (I can see a bunch of pink towels and pink underwear) and probably shrink in the dryer, as the cover is 100% cotton.

As described. I'll buy more! It's basically a big cover like a pillow case and zips up. Much better than using a regular sheet that comes UN-tucked all the time. (Update) 1/13/2022 After using this for awhile it turns out to be a sub quality fabric that started ripping. It's a super thin fabric so you're better off with regular sheets. 5 stars to one! I’m very happy with this purchase. I bought this to replace a Cordaroy bean bag/ full bed. The covers to replace are $150 and almost as much as the full product replacement. This fit the full size. Although it is not a bean bag anymore the colors are better and bright.

I was trying to buy a new futon cover for my brother’s mattress thingy but the one I bought from a different retailer was totally too small. So when I found this I was pretty excited, definitely did not disappoint. It actually fit over the futon and the plastic cover with very little effort. Not only that but the material has a nice silky kind of feeling to it and is the color that was advertised.

Be careful when putting it on as the material easily tears near the zipper. Otherwise simple and pretty.
