As a frequent indigestion sufferer, I tried various enzyme supplements but this bromelain helped and worked with my body best without causing any side effects. I was welcomed with a pungent smell which could be unsettling and alarming to all. I’m here to settle your thoughts before you give the seller a bad rep. With that said, this Bromelain is high-strength formula thus giving it an off-sweet or rotten pineapple smell. I wonder if y’all have ever smelt a Durian before because the odor can be compared to the smell, yet the fruit is known to taste like juicy fruit gum. This Bromelain is quality and works as stated, in fact better! Proving it lives up to the sellers claim.God bless yall.

Have had a pinched nerve in my neck for three weeks. I’ve takin everything but RxTook 2 the moment I received them and my pain is about 85 percent better after a half hour. Still have pain but it’s not the constant nausea feeling oh my god of pain. It’s a relief. But I’m sure it’s not a cure. Thankful to have a few moments of rest.

I'm not quite sure how this worked for me. I used it post-septoplasty to help with swelling. It's difficult to say what helped and what didn't because I did SO much to help with the swelling post-surgery. I think what helped me the most was sleeping upright, drinking a ton of water, light movement, and a very low-salt diet. These things, combined with the supplements, helped my horrendous swelling subside within 2 weeks. In retrospect, I wish I had started taking the supplements prior to the surgery, so if you are going to use this to help with post-surgery inflammation, I highly recommend talking to your doctor to see if it's ok to start before the procedure.In terms of the pill itself - it's a one time daily, which is nice when you've got 10 other things to take! Cons are that you have to take it 45 minutes before a meal, or around 2-3 hours after a meal. This can be difficult and I find it's best to take it when I first wake up. I do generally experience nausea when taking pills on an empty stomach, but this pill does not give me any tummy aches. Finally, the pill is HUGE! I don't have a problem with taking pills generally, but I seriously have to give this one 2-3 tries to get it down with water every day! Crazy!
