I am a Paul Stamets fan and I am really pleased that this product exists but it just needs better packaging information.If you go on Stamets page and check out their 7 mushroom blend, you'll see that they have 216mg of every mushroom per serving.Now if you go and check out the individual mushroom powder, the recommended dosage is 1.5g which means to hit the same MED of the dosage of buying mushroom bottles individually, someone would have to consume 7 spoons worth of mushroom blend powder at 10.5g which is 3 days with this pouch (which some rich people are doing). At 216mg, it brings into question if the health benefits of the blend can even be achieved. because it sounds like none of the mushrooms are hitting their minimum effective dose.That brings us to Rooted's blend. What are the ratios ?? It would be amazing if the mushroom bled ratio is 1:1:1:1:1:1:1 perfectly in harmony. But if it were, why aren't you putting it on the label and getting a seal of approval from a third party tester?Recommendations: If your product is a really a good mix, all that is needed is to put the weightage of each ingredient in the pack. Also don't be scared and release a 200g version of this like the Stamets guys have. This blend is just not hitting efficacy breakpoints at even Stamet's doses. Price would need adjustments, but I urge you to think about efficacy and economies of scale.

The product shows no information of how much percent or grams per mushroom. It has no affect or improving effects. The quantity for this price is expensive.Please use "Better Alt" mushroom blend. It is much better than this.
