Replaced a ISP Zhone VDSL Modem/Router that kept needing rebooting, this one rocks
After nearly two years of daily rebooting of our ISP provided Zhone VDSL modem router, we replaced it with this and are 100% happy. The Zhone modem/router would lock out some of our devices after a day. I chatted with the service tech at Siskiyou Tel and he recommended Tp-Link and the Archer-400. We have a lot of Wifi and ethernet devices attached to our network (IOT and monitoring and servers as software developers working from home), and need a reliable modem/router.THIS MACHINE (imported from UK as Tp-Link doesn't sell a USA specific version), ROCKS!!! super fast, 100% reliable.

Only one 1000Mbit ethernet port; 3 others are 100Mbit;
Only one 1000Mbit ethernet port; 3 others are 100Mbit;I use it as a wi-fi router, so WAN ethernet input is used for input from fiber modem (1000 Mbit/sec)but 3 other ethernet ports are "FastLan" == 100 Mbit ports only!So for faster connection i HAVE TO use wifi. Which is just about 400-500 Mbits/sec on 5G and 150 MBit/sec on 2.4Gits a waste of bandwidth to use it with 1000 MBit fiber.
