No one is using it right

Haven’t ordered this yet but I have used it in the past in our shop, and upon reading all the reviews, I am confident enough to say none of them used this product right. It is NOT a standalone product and there’s at least 2 other steps. But I’m going to order it and I’ll come back to report.
