Strong herby taste
This was a new sauce for me, kind of never saw in restaurants even across Thailand. It is a bit strong herbs taste for me. But good for a different flavouring taste once in a while.

Drenched in oil
I can smell kaffir and galangal , but absolutely no flavour. Just a lot of oil and greasy taste. :(

Extremely versatile sauce
Excellent sauce, I tried it on salad as a dressing, and on veg. fried rice and the taste and flavour were amazing. I recommend everyone to try it.
