Smokin!
This is an excellent electric smoker. As close to “set it and forget it” as you can get. I think it is hands-down better than a pellet smoker. This unit is large. Many smokers on the market are too small for my needs. This one is large enough for a large brisket, which is my favorite meat to smoke. But, It does equally well with all meats. I got a MEATER temperature probe, and together, it’s the easiest smokin ever

The digital display on my 8 yr. old Masterbuilt went out and there are no replacement parts on the planet. I docked new smoker a star because of this. It will cook some fabulous food.

Great smoker
Love that it is electric which makes it easy to control heat without having to open the door. The wheels make it easy to move around. Highly recommend.
