Great replacement for JBL Cinema SB250. It connected right away, no issues!

This remote works great. But 1. When you have giant man hands and bratwurst fingers it to small to easily use.2. I’m on my 4th one!Why 4 of them you ask?My dam Labrador has eaten the first three!😡Sooo JBL could you build 1. Build them bigger and 2. Make them out of something that tastes horrible to my lab!😂Thank you.

It works great but go on and order a 2025 battery because the one that’s included doesn’t work.

I bought a JBL soundbar off ebay several months ago, but it didn't come with the remote. At the time, JBL was out of stock and the one's on Ebay were, I thought, too expensive. Finally found this one on Amazon at what I considered a better price, and it works great. Paired right up and all the functions that I have used so far have also. I've had it several weeks and still working correctly.

Works great, much better than the factory included original. I had to replace it because the volume up button perty much disintegrated. They're just little bubbles of plastic that swish to depress the button on the circuit board. Very thin plastic. This remote seems stronger, has outlines around the buttons and has an extra button (hdmi).

So disappointed my remote only survived for 6months. I bought new batteries thinking it was low on battery but it’s not the batteries. This product was a waste.

After 4 months of limited use, the buttons have started to move and slide off. The whole front face of the remote won’t stay on the remote. I didn’t expect perfection but was disappointed that it didn’t even last half a year with it starting to have issues

Worked the same as the original. Same functions. No issues after months in use.
