Italia Deluxe Matte Liquid Eyeliner Waterproof (3pcs)

I took a chance on this eyeliner since NYX black matte eyeliner got reformulated to my great disappointment. I read in an another review here that this is a great dupe, and boy, were they right! I love the amount I get for the price, the formula of the eyeliner smells good as well. This formula is very easy to apply for myself. I get no eye irritation from using this brand, and although the eyeliner is not waterproof, it definitely stays on and is matte as advertised. I think I have to take more time to test the durability of the formula after a night out. Overall, so happy I went with this brand! It really does make an amazing dupe to nyx matte black eyeliner and I’m so happy to get three bottles for a cheap price. Thank you! :)

This is my favorite matte eyeliner, I find it so simple to use, it glides so smoothly onto my eyelids, and lasts a decent amount of time, I got 3 bottles so definitely worth the money, they got shipped on time and in good condition2nd time buying this brand through Amazon, love the quality of this liner, super matte, dries fast, plus I get 3 bottles at such low price, so far no other can beat this Italia Deluxe brand!

Definitely not waterproof, BUT it is a good liner. It is matte, it lasted all day on bald oily eyelids, and goes on pretty smooth. I’ve worn it three days in a row now and am sold, especially for the price. A few other things you should know: it burns a little during application. It’s liquidy, not thick. The applicator is a thick brush tip, smaller eyes might need to use a thin brush. Doesn’t crumble. Very easy to remove.

Fast to dry. I love it.

Do not go spend 30 dollars @ ulta or Sephora because this eyeliner is everything! Does not dry out like the rest of the expensive ones. Doesn’t smear and has a matte finish. This will be my ride or die eyeliner forever!

This product was awful! It rubs right off and bleeds. It’s just as bad as the elf eyeliner. I remember this product being so much better so many years ago. It’s also very thin and you have to do layers for the liner to be thick.

Still have to try it out. Just sucks that one of them came broken and the eyeliner spread all over the packaging.

This is the only liquid eyeliner I use anymore. Love the quality and you can't beat the price.
