Defective item
I have purchased this item two numbers but unfortunately one piece is not working. Though I was out of station for my treatment the return time was expired.

Got little confused how to use it when i plug it only lamp was on but diffuser didn't work so got little upset about the production and want it to return it .. But after while i switch on the red button and it start working

My products are not working but I can't return and refund complaint so I am very much disappointed and tell everybody don't buy from Amazon because you can't complain and ask for refund

Beautiful but short life.
