Perfect for its purpose
Worked like a charm and the rotation ball is perfect. Needed that extra movement to insert it.

Not good
I got this for my shower so I could adjust the direction of the head. Unfortunately it doesn't turn,no matter how I tried to move it around in its socket it was stuck solid. Others have had the same problem. Sent it back.
