Great product. It has Ubiquinol which is more readily absorbed, and liposomal. I'm mainly taking it as a "heart energizer". I have been taking 1 softgel for the past 3 months, even though the recommended dosage is for 2 a day. That's because each softgel contains 300mg, and the usual recommended dosage that I can find is for 100 to 200mg a day. I don't know if I should be taking more due to my heart condition, but I have noticed I'm able to do more of gardening and walking than before I started this. Maybe in the near future I will try 2 a day and see if there is more improvement as far as energy and stamina.

I take CoQ10 for overall heart health. In comparison to other brands I've taken in the past, the size, quality and price of Vitablosom are the best. These pills are less than half the size of one of the more popular brands and the mgs are the same. I haven't had any issues with quality after having ordered it several times and feel the product is quite effective. It has also been the best value for the price. A few labs back my lipoproteins were way over the normal range and my doc wanted me on a statin RX which I didn’t want to take, but I would take a red yeast rice but it needed to have CoQ10 with it. After 3 months my lipoproteins had come done 15 points and my cholesterol was down from 285 to 245. I’m walking and not doing any red meat and eating lots of veggies. As far as I’m concerned, I’m on the right path and will continue. Easy pill to swallow and I take it with food. What’s not to like?
