USELESS, PATHETIC PRODUCT
I would have given minus stars if there is an option. These grips are of no use, waste of money. These grips are so hard that wont even open with normal strength. You need to put lots of efforts to install it to any bar or dumbell.

Worth Buying
The product is worth buying for, gives a good grip, and can be used on barbells, dumbells, and pully rods. You can use it to train all your parts except your legs :P . Provides a good muscle tension.Grab It.

Too tight, unable to use them
The grip is so tight I can't even open it. It doesn't loosen like in on image that you can use on the bar/dumbbells. Please remove this product listing, it is completely useless
