Within 30 days, the product started leaking electric current from the charging plate — extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable.I didn’t even ask for a refund — just requested a replacement unit. Still, no response from the brand, and Amazon customer care did nothing to help. There’s no warranty, no service, no accountability.It’s shocking that a brand owned by Amazon can operate with zero customer support or safety standards.
