The lights work great! No issues at all! The first set I got had some connectivity issues, but customer service swapped those out and the new ones are absolutely flawless! The service is beyond amazing in every way, and the lights are perfect! I will be buying these lights again, and I even asked what would happen if I had an issue again and they assured me they would help! Great service goes a long way and great products do too!

UPDATE: awesome customer service. They saw my review and were determined to make it right. They sent me a pack of the newer generation lights and they work flawlessly. Easy to connect and they stay connected. They've worked really hard to fix issues and I appreciate that. I'll be buying from them again.Honestly it's rare I write a negative review, but here we are. These are probably the worst smart bulbs on the market. They constantly disconnect for no reason and then fail to connect back again. The app is so not user friendly to get multiple bulbs into a group and when you finally do figure it out, oftentimes only one or two will respond out of three in the group. I know it's not my wifi because one, I have great wifi and two, I have three other lights by two different other brands that work flawlessly and the only time I had to reconnect was when we lost power from a storm. Skip this brand.

My initial impression of these light bulbs was not good. The first set I received had all sorts of issues. Two didn’t work at all, and none would enter pairing mode. I wrote an unfavorable review and returned them. Shortly thereafter, however, the seller contacted me to let me know that an upgraded version of these bulbs had been released. They offered to send me some free of charge, and I agreed to give them another chance, since all I’d be risking was time. Well, I’m happy to report that the new and improved bulbs do seem to work quite well. They paired without a hitch, they’re nice and bright, and they render various colors effectively. The Smart Life app used to set them up was simple to operate, and Alexa integration was a snap. I’m hopeful that these bulbs will last a long time. Light bulbs don’t last forever, though, and I will not hesitate to purchase this brand again when it becomes necessary.

Absolutely lovvvveeee these lights!!! Purchased for my chandelier so I can change the lighting during certain seasons and holidays and couldn't be more pleased! The color wheel offers a nice variety of colors to customize to whatever mood or holiday you're going for. You can switch back and fourth from colored lighting to normal white lighting. You can also adjust the warmth of the white lighting to make it more golden or more of a bright white. These lights also offer a dimming slide via in app to dim for brighter lighting or for more romantic lighting. The app is also very user friendly and walks you through each step seamlessly. I do plan on purchasing more for the inside and outside of my home. Highly recommend! Thank you!

PROS:- They're lightbulbs. If you have trouble physically installing these, well... moving on.- The default white setting, along with the other "off-white" defaults, are great all on their own.- The included presets could use some work, but are at least easily editable.- The ability to install many of the same light, but group them in whatever way you want.- It wasn't initially apparent, but these lights are controllable via Google Home, and can be synced with any routines or other devices you have in your setup.- Inexpensive. I don't have a lot to compare to, but these seem equal in value to other popular brands, and even just comparing to standard lightbulbs that'll burn out far sooner, these seem very reasonably priced.CONS:- Grouping and then controlling this group of lights can be a bit confusing and a bit of a hassle.- Initial connection and setup of the lights and app is frustrating. The app doesn't seem to be able to set permissions for itself, let alone even request access to certain permissions (such as "nearby devices"), but eventually a calm attitude prevailed.Overall, these are the first "smart" lights I've ever bought, and they're pretty awesome! I like the pricing, the colors and transitions are beautiful, and I can't wait to buy a few more! I plan to buy a couple more bulbs of another size for two other appliances, as well as one of the floor lamps.Will try to remember to update this review after a few months of usage.

I have very low vision and literally wear a headlamp light when I am doing anything. We have 1 room that is pretty dark and while I have 5 lights in there, they are in bad areas. The overhead fan lamp had a soft white glow. Until I found these bulbs! All the lamps are color changing. WThe bulbs in the fan came with the fan, 8 years ago. Just on white it was brighter. I was going to change the color and stopped dead, for some reason I was asked to do a subscription. After being frustrated, I paired everything and it works with Alexa, no subscription. I think a pop up ad,,, popped up. I was able to name them, group them and work as a collective. They respond quick.

Pairing them with the app is a bit of a pain. Had to try 3 different times to first get it to work. My fixture uses 2 bulbs so it makes things more complicated in the app since you can't control the two as one bulb. The circadian rhythm mode kinda sucks though. You can't pick custom colors, & the bulbs don't gradually get brighter or dimmer. Only works on one of the bulbs though & I have 2 in the same fixture.Pairing with Google home is even more of a pain. You can at least control the 2 bulbs as 1 in Google home, but the colors you can pick using the google app are all dull & washed out. So you have to switch apps & use the native app to get vibrant colors. They could easily fix these issues with an app update, but I doubt that will happen so I'll just return these for some name brand smart bulbs that have fully developed basic smart features.

Mon achat au tout début m'a énormément causé des Frustrations puisque le fonctionnement des lumières n'étaient pas optimales pour créer des scènes, une programmation.Les lumières répondaient vocalement seule à Alexa allumé toutes les lumières.Je ne pouvais pas faire allumer ou éteindre les lumières par groupe d'ampoules.J'ai contacté le service à la clientèle de Lightinginside et avec leur compréhension de la situation, avec leur gentillesse et leur patience, la compagnie lightinginside m'a aidé à résoudre ma problématique.L'application Smart Life enregistré les lumières mais les ampoules fonctionnent qu'avec l'application Alexa .Ce qui m'a permis dans l'application Alexa de créer les programmations, scènes et skills.La luminosité des ampoules est superbeLa qualité/prix est avantageuseLe service à la clientèle est rapide à vouloir aider et trouver une solution écrite et aussi par envois d'images de références.Je recommande fortement les ampoules intelligentes lightinside

So, I have to say that these where so easy to install and set up. The app was user friendly (Smart Living App). It connected to my wifi easily after enabling 2.4ghz. Most of the routers will have 2.4 built in and you just have to turn it on. Not sure why some of the other reviews said it was hard to connect as it was very seamless for me. After I had it added into their app, from that same app it was such a quick link to your smart home app. I use Alexa and it was literally a two button confirmation click to link the account. After selecting link to Alexa, Alexa on my phone notified me instantly that there was new devices added. Upon checking in the Alexa app, there it was. Easy peasy. I was able to do the rest in the Alexa app as I prefer this to control all the other devices. I linked all the lights to 1 group and now able to control it with voice or if I wanted to manually turn it off with 1 switch. I will update this reviews if I find any troubles as I've just had this for over a couple hours now playing around with it. I had to write a review right away since it was easier to set up then my Philips hue and those have been giving me some grief. But its been a couple years using it so these light might get weird too. The biggest difference is the cost and I would expect more from Branded Phillips. So crossing my fingers as these are budget friendly and user friendly.

I've tried 2 or 3 different brands of smart bulbs. These ones were installed and recognized by Alexa. Hoping that they don't mess up.

It was as good as we expected.
