Since I received it, my wife felt so relaxed in preparing various things like Sandwitch etc.Earlier she uses manual toaster on gas stove which takes time and also need to work in hot environment. But after buying it, It is saving her time and efforts a lot as it consumes minimal electricity and works very fast. Cleaning is so easy. Also enhances the ellegance of the kitchen. The quality of the product is good but there is always a scope of improvement. It's three types detachable plates allows to make various stuffs. A value for money product.

Overall a good and useful product in the kitchen
Great product. I use it to make waffles and no bread sandwiches.. works well and no sticky residue is left. The changeable plates can be easily washed and this makes it easy to keep the griller clean unlike the grillers with fixed plates ..Just one problem- the outer body heats up too much when it is kept on for long time
