Advertised about 50% charged.
Advertised to have about 50% charge on them. In fact, there wasn't enough charge on them to turn on my phone. After a 24 hr charge , they seem to be operating correctly.

Batteries we a bad investment.
Most batteries came with no charge and I have not been able to get them to take a charge when installed and put out into sun. Half of them I Have discarded and if nothing gets better the rest will most likely end up with the discarded ones. None came with an acceptable charge to put in service.Cal
