They have worked absolutely amazing for training my puppies so far as long as you read the instructions very easy to use they are not loud very easy to assemble and amazing control over shock and vibration levels

Replaced one of the cheaper Patpet collars with this, and it works great. Seems more durable than my previous collar.Easy settings, and very responsive. I really like the light on the collar and remote. Customer service is top notch. I say this because I didn't have any issues and they reached out just to make sure everything was going well. Haven't had any Amazon stores so that before now.

Device was working great. It was fairly easy to use and it worked. We only had to vibrate a few times before he knew what to do with the collar on. At that point all we had to do was put it on, we didn’t have to push the button. Then the dog chewed through the collar. I can no longer attach the device to his neck.Make sure it is tight enough that it doesn’t hurt him, but he can’t get it off

Compact, long-lasting battery life, economical. In a word, PERFECT. When I accidentally lost the controller on a run through the weeds, I went straight online to order a new one. I, who's always looking for something new and better didn't hesitate in re-up ping for tried and true. Why look for anything else? You and your dog will be happy you didn't.

I bought a different training collar over a yr ago, my son lost the remote and the collar didn't really do anything to help with training. Our dog started having aggressive behavior towards other dogs out of nowhere and forgetting his training, so decided to buy another training collar to work on his commands and aggression.Pros: we love the fact this collar and remote are rechargeable. If you're forgetful like we are, you forget to turn the things off. The remote and collar did come almost fully charged, but we went ahead and fully charged them before using them. Also, the style of the collar is very discreet and not bulky. The previous training collar we had was very bulky and drew attention. It also made me feel bad putting it on my dog because it had weight to it. This collar is very light and looks like a normal collar. The collar works amazingly, compared to the previous one we had. We beeped the collar and our dog remembered his commands instantly, which is very promising on him getting back to his training very quickly.Cons: the only "con" we've found thus far is the shocking feature of the collar. We only use the shocking feature for serious things, i.e him bolting towards our neighbors or other dogs. He tried bolting at our neighbors little dog, while barking very agressive and hairs standing up on his back as he tried going for the edge of the fence. He got one shock on the lowest setting and yelped instantly, it startled my husband and I because the other collar didn't do anything to cause a yelp or instant reaction. We came inside, my husband tried it on his own hand, then I tried it on my arm. It was very strong on the lowest setting (which is what it was set to on our boy). He did raise the level all the way up to the high setting and we tested it again, just to see how it felt in comparison. Needless to say, it was very painful on high (to the point I yelled) and a little painful on low (almost like when your arm goes to sleep and you can't get it to wake up, that's the type of tingling uncomfortable feeling it caused, with a slight burn). I would highly suggest testing the levels out before applying it on your fur baby. I know it's intended to get the immediate attention and help correct bad behavior, we just didn't expect the shock to be so "shocking" like a taser lol just keep that in mind when using it.Other than the shock part being insane, lol, it's a great collar so far. Just from the first day of having it, it's done tremendous work! Highly suggest for help in training! It's very easy to use, easily adjustable to fit pups neck. Definitely worth the money!

I highly recommend this training color. Within 2 days my corgi puppy was coming to me with just the beep. Before I purchased the collar she took off running down the road and never looked back. ( I live in the country) I finally caught her when the neighbor drove by and yelled out the window get a shock collar. I ordered this collar the next day. I have never had to use the shock or vibrate on her. I only use the beep and it works great. It keeps the charge a long time. It is a nice looking collar and I am happy to own it.

Every piece of this product seems sturdy enough to last for awhile but a few gripes I got with this product is that I’ve received the controller as if it is short-circuited with the thing wanting to turn ioff by itself almost all the time. It kind-of isn’t a big problem for us but it would be for others depending on how tolerable they are for an issue like that.By the way, the chargers for the devices are too-short, also, not a big deal as they work really well but it is a problem if you are prone to losing small things as I have already for these chargers. I think it would help if they were longer to have the lesser chances of losing them.Be aware that this receiver doesn’t work with fences being aligned with the receiver automatically as YOU have to take an eye of your pets with whatever issue you see with them doing.Despite those issues I have typed, I’d give it a 4/5 stars because probably all the parts of this product, in our experience, are durable enough that it will probably last a long time; just a few problems for this receiver we were very tolerable to accept but for others they may not want to.
