Fantastic!
I have been using Tidal Vision in my hot tub for about 6 years. I have found that if I add about an ounce & turn the jets on high, all the solids clump together and I can use a strainer to scoop it up and into a pail to discard. It takes a few minutes, but clears up the water very well. I don't know what I'd do without this product!!

Great Product!
This product worked as expected! It showed up on time and completely intact (the lid was NOT broken). The instructions are very simple, don’t have to worry about overdosing, or mixing the product. Best part about it is that it is ALL NATURAL and made in the USA.

Very pleased with this product and seller...
So here's what's likely an uncommon review..Very satisfied with the product. My hot tub water is noticeably more clear when using this product. Use is very simple as you simply pour a small amount into the tub weekly. Now for the kicker about this seller. After my original order they shipped the bottle in one of those bubble wrap envelopes. Well, not to my surprise the bottle arrived damaged. The bottle was crushed in and liquid was all over the extra wrapping that they had put on the bottle. The end result was that I was able to straighten out the bottle and most of the liquid remained in the bottle. Aside from a mess and a little handy work, it was fine (at least for me). Obviously a bottle of liquid should not be shipped in a bubble wrap envelope. It needs to be in a box. I sent a message to the seller advising of what happened and that they shouldn't ship bottles like they did to me. Since I was able to salvage the bottle, I wasn't looking for any replacements. In my message I specifically said that I didn't need them to replace the product and that I was only telling them this to avoid this kind of issue in the future. They ended up sending me another bottle anyway. Bottom line is that this seller did the right thing even after I explained not to bother replacing the product. Very good product and very good seller. Highly recommending both.....

Worth it!
Very happy with this product. Works as advertised it helped to clear my pool right up. Way cheaper than getting at the pool store. I use it every two weeks after a good algea brushing/shock session and it helps to clumo up the tiny particles so the filter can suck it up. Will keep buying every summer.

Great for Continued Maintenance
The product came on time and in tact. The directions are clear and easy to follow. We have an in ground pool - about 35K gallons. There are instructions for both standard treatment and cloudy water treatment. I used it for the standard treatment which is 1 oz of product per 7500 gallons so I used 5 oz. Works great as a clarifier and I really like that this product is eco-friendly.

Didn't Do the full Job
Improved water clarity somewhat but not enough.

Works great!
Clears my cloudy pool up in under 24 hours! Just finished my first bottle that lasted all summer and ordered 2 more that should last me a year! Good stuff!

Does not clarify my small Jacuzzi
I have a small, two to three person Jacuzzi that's just a few years old, and I am able to maintain it pretty well. Unfortunately, I get often get cloudy water even when the water has been recently changed, so I use clarifier to keep it sparkling. When I tried to reorder my usual clarifier, it was "unavailable", so I read the reviews and decided to try the Tidal Vision Crystal Clarity. The few negative reviews were from people with pools, and I was impressed by how many reviews were glowing, so I took a chance.I was frustrated that the only directions were "1 oz per 4000 gallons". Although the math isn't hard, I couldn't begin to imagine how to measure the amount I needed for 250 gallons. An eyedropper? a quarter of a tsp? Since it says it works for spas, I thought they should have explained better. Still, I figured, "just a bit".When, after many hours, the water remained as cloudy as before, I tried a bit more, but still there was no change. I waited overnight (my filter runs continuously), but there was no change so I tried it again thinking, perhaps, I still hadn't added enough clarifier. There was still no change. My water is not dirty, just cloudy, and this product hasn't helped.
