We bought this bed three months ago, and it's still wonderful. It gives us support and is soft enough so our joints don't ache. (We're both in our mid-40s.) We definitely recommend this bed. We bought it during one of the sales but would also purchase it at full price. It's great value for the money.

Let me first say that I'm about 300lbs and have dealt with lower back and shoulder pain for years. After research and assessing my budget, I chose the Nectar Premier. I had momentarily second guessed my mattress selection and wondered if the Hybrid would have been the best solution. Most reviews suggest the Hybrid is better suited for heavy people.Due to the industry leading trial of 365 days and lifetime warranty, I figured I'd at least try the Nectar Premier, besides, it fit my budget better.. The mattress was delivered on time and packaged adequately. I was able to single-handedly unpacked and stage the mattress in the bedframe with minimal struggling. It may have been easier to get my wife's assistance but pride got in the way.I didn't notice any unpleasant odor as some reviews suggest from foam mattresses. The mattress expanded quicker than expected. Nonetheless, we gave it plenty of time to "decompress", about 10 hours.Upon bedtime, our hightened anticipation was met with surpassed expectations. The mattress was much firmer than expected, I assumed it would be a bit too soft. The support was instantaneous and quick to react to shifting positions. The reaction time is amazing, there's little to no feeling of being sucked in and unable to move. I tend to sleep near the edge and found the support to be surprisingly consistent, not once did it feel like I would fall off the bed.Another concern was if we'd sleep hot as reviews suggest, not at all. I purchased a "cooling" mattress cover, bamboo sheets and a light blanket also promoted as cooling. We live in Arizona, sweating at night is quite common. Our first night's sleep was absolutely delightful! I don't recall a similar night full of dreaming in many years. The biggest surprise was not waking up periodically to shift positions due to pain in my back and shoulders. I cannot tell you how much it meant to sleep through the evening so comfortably, waking up feeling rested and without pain and stiffness. What a game changer!We look forward with confidence to see how this mattress preforms down the road. Initially, for now...we couldn't be happier!

I was a little nervous purchasing this mattress after reading the reviews, so I went to our local Mattress Firm store to try it out. In the store the mattress was very comfortable and felt like I was lying on a cloud so I went ahead and ordered it through them. It was backordered and taking longer than expected, so I ordered another one from Amazon. They both arrived within days of each other, so rather than deal with shipping, I returned one of the mattresses to Mattress Firm. Big mistake!After sleeping on the mattress for a couple months, I contacted Nectar to take advantage of their 365 night guarantee and return my mattress. It felt nothing like the mattress I tried in the store. It's so firm that my husband and I both wake up with numb arms. Our backs ache every morning, and neither of us have slept through the night in months. Nectar told me I needed to contact Amazon and also forwarded my information to Amazon's customer service department.Needless to say, I've never heard from Amazon and when I tried to reach out to them I was forwarded to Nectar. I got the runaround for so many months that now I'm past my Amazon return window as well as Nectar's 365 nights guarantee. This is the most money I've ever spent on a mattress and have resorted to using a mattress topper which should not be necessary for a mattress at this price point. I wish I would have returned one of the mattresses to Amazon from the get-go, and utilized Mattress Firm's guarantee for the other. Now I'm stuck with a mattress I hate.Unless you like sleeping on a rock, save your money and buy another mattress.

Couldn't be happier!! The bed is so comfortable and conforms to my body. Been getting much better night sleeps than before. I don't wake up with a sore back or neck anymore. I waited the full 72 hours to let it rise fully. It's amazing that I can have a cup full of liquid sitting on my bed and if I move, the cup stands still (just like temperpedic claims!). So no disturbing a partner in bed. I sleep extra hot, so it does keep me cooler than my last bed. I've also got cooling pillow cases and duvet.

Set up was nice and easy, have your frame/box spring ready to go. I put my sheets on early and slept on it the first night it was received.. I had been sleeping over the floor for a long time. It was firmer than I had expected, and there was unevenness that was quite noticeable. Over the next 2 days this sorted itself out, It became softer but not too soft. The contouring process is on the slow side, there’s a tempur pedic in the other room which I have slept on.. and I’ll say that this is firmer than a tempur pedic. It sleeps warm/hot, but not as hot as the tempur pedic. I suffer from lower back problems, and I have not yet woken up with back pain since receiving this mattress. Edge support is softer than I’d like, but it’s not a deal breaker. I read a ton of reviews saying that this will not support anyone over 230 lbs.. well.. I was around 245 and it supports me just fine. I’ll send another update after a month or so.. if I remember.3 month editThe beds has been great, I haven’t noticed any sagging. It remains very supportive and comfortable. No back pain, I would recommend this bed for others that are back/side sleepers. I see a lot of bad reviews and cannot really attest over them, sleep comfort is highly subjective. If you aren’t overly picky, want something reasonably soft but supportive, then I’d say give this bed a go.
