The media could not be loaded. I listen songs regularly, so i prefer best quality sound. I tried one plus buds, boat, realme. All the ear buds have extra added bass and less comfortable. But this JBL will deliver original quality bass and sound with high clarity whatever the input will be. I do jogging everyday by wearing this JBL earbuds, it's completely comfortable. I brought it 10 days back. Battery backup is more than enough. Yes I know it won't have ANC but still for me it's fine. I talk while riding bike, and reciver is able to listen clearly whenever I wear helmet, but when I won't wear helmet, reciver will get voice disturbance. At last I can say, who want original sound quality and best comfortability they can prefer this. And bass is more than enough.

As the name suggest JBL you will get the good sound quality, but as price point of view, sound is some what is like ok ok, now a days market is big and have some more plenty of options available,ProsBattery life is good,Not so loud not too much bass,ConsNo premium looking experienceDiscent plastic.RecommendationIf you get this around 2000rs around then it is good, otherwise don't buy it.

No so good quality while playing music n even the voice call are not of great quality. The other person on call keeps complaining audio quality

The mic BT calling works great, clear sound received by the caller and one who is calling. Music Sound quality is crystal clear, the treble and the bass balance is perfect. It’s not like other brands like boat or any other brand where the bass is too much and you can’t hear any other music or instruments in a song only the bass. The price might be little high but it’s worth buying. JBL is always One of the best brand for music.I also use boat thats why suggesting the JBL 😅Save money and go for JBL instead of other low priced brand.

These earbuds have been a complete disappointment. After just one year and one month of use, one of the earbuds has stopped charging. To make matters worse, customer support refuses to help since the warranty expired last month. I didn’t spend 4k for a product that barely lasts a year. I expected much better quality from a brand like JBL.

Ordered these earbuds and registered a return request on the same day I received as there was some manufacturing defect.Spoke about it to an executive at Amazon and after explaining the problem, he helped it getting it's replacement, which I received in a couple of days. But after using the new earbuds for a a few days, I faced the same problem as initial ones, wherein the sound from the left bud is barely there,and sometimes, the sound even stops coming from left bud. Unfortunately, the request for return can't be made , but I am really disappointed. I am a kern shopper at Amazon and didn't expect this to happen. Please help, if possible.
