I bought these due to brain fog and tiredness. I can honestly say that they do give me more focus and slightly better memory. I’m also taking them as a precaution for dementia - if it helps then they are worth every penny.A little expensive but I know the brand is good quality because I have been taking the ashwaganda for quite a while now which really works for me.

I initially bought this because I read that if you take Rhodiola Rosea with Bacopa Monnieri they will have a synergistic effect, and I wanted the Rhodiola for migraines. I feel this product is good value for money, it's a quality product but still not too expensive and it seemed to work well with the Rhodiola for my migraines and so I am going to continue with it, also for its many cognitive benefits! Customer service is very good, they addressed an issue quickly and professionally.

I started taking Bacopa mainly to manage my (mild) anxiety, improve cognitive function and memory. It's been only 10 days but I feel like I'm already experiencing the benefits on some level. I noticed that I fall asleep much easier at night and during the day gives me more energy, I no longer need a second cup of coffee to be ready for the day which is great :) I'm more focused at work, and truly seems to help with anxiety too! I had no side effects whatsoever, it's great value for money and I love that it's suitable for vegetarians. I'm very excited about this product and will continue using it. Will update after 3 weeks.

I started taking various supplements, including this one, for a boost. After feeling constantly sick I stopped taking everything and then reintroduced one at a time to identify the culprit. This is the supplement that brings on extreme nausea about 2 hours after taking it. It’s so bad that it feels as though I have caught a vomiting bug.I am not sure if anyone else has such a side effect? Please let me know if this is a common reaction. I cannot take this again as the side effect of feeling sick is terrible. I’m glad I have identified the offending item that has been making me feel so dreadful.

I have been taking organic Bacopa from True Veda every day for a week now. I was very pleasantly surprised to have such positive results in this short time. I have noticed that my brain fog has lifted and my ability to focus has improved. An unexpected benefit has been that I have not had a migraine in this time, which is very rare!
