This really does work, after 20 years of looking for a cure! Have been using it for over a year and toenail looks better than ever before, the dark part of it is very slowly growing out and the toenail no longer looks thickened. I have tried many forms of treatment, including laser treatment for over a year.

It eventually (8 weeks plus) to clear the toenails. You need to sandpaper the nails everytime. Its a sticky solution and takes time to dry. Comes off on yoursocks when you put them on. Still better than curanail the other brand that did not work for me.

I tried to see what the ingredients were, but they emphasised that a natural nail treatment, listed essential oils and B vitamin. I should, with hindsight have googled ISK1320 - which having done now - it is said that the compound could not be identified and so no information. But because it said natural ingredients, I decided to rely on that. This product contains propylene glycol. PVP ( a form of plastic - gives a product a coating ability), other glycols - basically just one ingredient would have meant I would have chosen not to buy this product - but it has quite a number of synthetic ingredients which are not natural. Even the castor oil is hydrogenated.i cannot return the product - but to me this was a sale by misdescription - you cannot use the word natural when you have synthetic ingredients. I also think sellers should always list full ingredient - especially when a product is going to be used on the body.

Good service and product

I'm still using this nail paint so the jury is still out. It takes a few months for the old nail to grow out. So far it has improved the quality of my toe nails and I'm hopeful the fungal infection will gradually grow out using this
