Before taking these capsules it was very important for me to read about side effects and other information which wasn’t on the label or description.Since ginseng can cause trouble sleeping it’s better taken in the morning or lunchtime. I have read about other side effects but I had some diarrhoea after I started taking them. I can not confirm that these capsules were the reason but I stopped taking them for a week and I started again and felt some discomfort so I stopped taking them. I will try again in 2 weeks time and I really hope they will help me as having two children can be demanding sometimes and I need to focus to so many things, which doesn’t work very well now.As for the capsules, they are easy to swallow, none of them were damaged and the package can be closed after each taking, as it has the sealant.

This is a great dose size per capsule, which saves having to take lots of tablets. Fabulous herb. Helps with so many health issues.
