My husband uses this for about 3 months now and swears by it. Helps with emptying his bladder - it was hard to convince him to take any supplements, but he absolutely won't go a day without taking this. He had lots of issues with kidney stones - I don't think this will prevent stones but he does say he experiences less discomfort in the kidney area of his back

Are these capsules large?

Hello, Thank you so much for your question. They are quite small yes. Specifically they are sized what we call "00 sizing" (you can google that term for more information if you like). They are just under 1 inch in length. Our customers report they are very easy to swallow. If you happen to find any capsules difficult to swallow you can empty the capsule contents in water (or anything else, a smoothie!) and drink.
