I ordered this item. When it came one of the pots was too big to sit on the plate. I requested an exchange as I really wanted the product. No problem with getting a new one quickly. This time everything fit as it is designed.Really enjoyed that it melts slowly over a 35 to 60 minute period. Allows me to multi task without standing there stirring chocolate constantly. Huge time saver for me.

I love 70% chocolate with nuts but that is hard to find. I now temper my own chocolate so I can have it the way I want it. This pot makes the tempering so much easier.

Lid handle was broken when arrived

So I bought this not to make chocolate or candy, but because it has a dial specifically to control heat. I have honey in jars that is crystallized, and I wanted something that would do a low heat over a long period of time to cause the honey to liquefy. This does exactly that... Except for the device is not accurate and does not heat up properly. I put the device on 150, and it has been running at 150 for more than 2 days. The pot is full of water and I place the jars in the water. The device is supposed to bring the water up to 150 and that would also provide ambient temperature to the honey. Now why did I put it on 150? Because it seems like the 150 setting actually only brings up the temperature to 109. Check my picture so you can see. So I can imagine that if somebody was expecting this to actually heat chocolate up to 140 for tempering, they would be greatly disappointed. So I'm giving this a 1 star, because I had hope to use this for chocolate too, but I'm thinking I need to return it while I can. If an electrical device does not work as expected, then it's not built right and possibly a fire hazard.

It did exactly what I wanted! Loved it and super easy to set up and use. You can’t go wrong.

I recently tried the WICHEMI Chocolate Melting Pot, and while it served its purpose adequately, it didn’t quite meet all my expectations. As a commercial electric chocolate melter, I expected it to be more efficient and durable.On the positive side, it does melt chocolate, butter, cheese, cream, candy, milk, coffee, and desserts as advertised. The single pot design is convenient for melting smaller quantities of ingredients, and it’s relatively easy to operate.However, I found that the machine took longer than expected to melt chocolate thoroughly, and the temperature control seemed a bit inconsistent. Additionally, the build quality felt somewhat flimsy, and I’m not sure how well it would hold up to heavy, frequent use in a commercial setting.Overall, the WICHEMI Chocolate Melting Pot is okay for occasional use or small-scale applications, but it may not be the best choice for more demanding or frequent melting needs.

This works great for melting chocolate chips/wafers and keeping it tempered.

Great product for simple homemade chocolate recipes. Made milk chocolate using whole milk powder, easy to stir for a short time for complete melting and blending of ingredients.
