Matte PLA 3D Printer Filament, 1.75 mm, 0.7 kg Beige AA2

It is a real shame the price of this filament is so prohibitive - I would use this for everything if it was even remotely affordable. Still, for special prints its a good PLA to have in reserve. I like to print slow and steady, and this stuff loves that. 60°c build plate and 210°c nozzle at 25mm/s gives lovely results at 0.2mm. The matt finish and smooth consistency hide layer lines better than any other PLA I've used. And the final print is just so... tactile!Hopefully Spidermaker rethink their pricing, as while this is premium filament, the cost very high, especially when you consider the reels are 700g, not 1kg.I will be buying again, but only for special projects. If it was cheaper I'd use it all the time though - it is that good!For quality alone this would be an easy 5 stars, but that price just knocks it down to 4.

Sicuramente uno dei migliori PLA MATE che ho potuto provare negli ultimi anni.Pro:- Ottima finitura se calibrate bene flusso, altezza layer- Ho stampato anche a 150mms e la resa estetica è rimasta sempre altissima rispetto ad altri filamenti- I supporti (se ben impostati) si levano senza lasciare grandi segni- Si presta ad essere carteggiato molto beneContro:- Il contro più grande è quanto sporca sia estrusore che tubo PTFE e ugello, sporca talmente tanto da inquinare irrimediabilmente stampe fatte con altri filamenti successivi e da dover pulire tutti gli ingranaggi dell'estensore. Consiglio di dedicargli un punta ugello, un tubo bowden solo per la sua stampa.- Pezzo troppo alto rispetto ad altre marche con qualità e rese molto simili- Resistenza meccanica scarsa- adesione tra i vari layer non ottima, bisogna salire con la temperatura anche fino a 230 gradi in base alla velocità di stampa

Ce filament est pas mal.Il est de type MAT, ce qui lui donne un aspect nettement plus sympa que les PLA traditionnels qui ont tendances à briller.Mais, suivant les couleurs, ce filament est très inégal.Sur le rouge ou l'argile, l'aspect est vraiment bon. Avec les couches pratiquement pas visibles, même en 0.2mmCe qui n'est absolument pas le cas sur le gris.Ensuite, vient le soucis du prix. 45 euros pour seulement 700gr.De nombreuses autres marques - comme Prima, 3D Jake, DailyFil - font du filament MAT quasi identique.Pour quasiment 10 euros de moins au kilo !De plus, malgré son prix très élevé, ce filament n'est fourni avec aucun sachet zip refermable, pour le protéger de l'humidité.Alors que c'est quelque chose qui est fourni par défaut avec tous les filaments "premium".Au final, ce PLA est difficile à recommander.Trop cher comparé à la concurrence et qualité d'impression aléatoire.Éventuellement en promo...

The Spidermaker matte PLA is the best PLA filament I've used. Layer adhesion is excellent, bed adhesion is perfect with 60C bed temperature, extrusion is smooth with no clogs or issues, the spool is perfectly spun with no tangles, and the spooling box has given our small batch production line a new degree of ease of use by allowing us to get rid of an annoying process in our workflow now that we don't have to unpack and repack spools between use and going into dry storage.I'd highly recommend this to any business or person looking for a top tier zero issue matte PLA for small production, prototyping, or hobbyist use

Heres what I've tried so far using a creality CR10 V2, the temperature of the bed was 60 and I had no trouble sticking to the bed, the problem was the feeding of the filament into the nozzle, it would print the first layer fine then it would randomly start slipping in the feeder gear, I would have to manually have to push the filament several times so it would start feeding again, here are the settings ive tried:200 degree nozzle 50mm travel speed220 degree nozzle 40mm travel speed230 degree nozzle 35mm travel speed200 degree nozzle 35mm travel speedAny ideas of what I can change so that it doesnt slip and prints the full model?
