BeeyondCompression Packing Cubes Set - 6 Pieces for Travel and Luggage Organization, Includes Large & Small Cubes, Accessories Bag, and Laundry Bag

We were traveling to Italy for 2 weeks and wanted to take only carry-on bags, so after researching (a lot!) to get tips for traveling light, I purchased these compression packing cubes. They were easy to put clothes into, then zip up the first zipper, then compress by zipping the second zipper. Worked like a charm. Also my clothes were far less wrinkled than I feared when I unpacked them. I think that is because I folded or rolled things carefully when putting them in the back. Repacking while moving from one hotel to another was very efficient as things are so organized with the cubes.

I got these after a lot of research and reviews for my European trip in 2023 with my sister-in-law after my college graduation. It was much needed after all that work. lol. I was able to keep all my clothes in order and able to take out what i needed or l didn't need for that day and the next.

These are pretty clever. They work like the expansion pack on your luggage. You pack them with your clothes or fabric items (something that can shrink somewhat) then you zip them up and then there is a second set of zippers that does the “compression” These are NOT a vacuum type contraption so don’t expect “air removal” type compression. The def work the best if you were to fold items and not roll them up. They aren’t magic so if you have, for example a pile of flat cotton shirts it’s only going to compress so much. These are worth it for travelers that are good about packing and what to strategize their space. If you’re already good at packing and want to minimalist a little more then these are for youPros.1 At best they eliminate 30-40% space when you happen to have just the right circumstances2. Nice sizes and they usually compartmentalize nicely in luggage side by side3. The whole pile is almost weightless. Maybe 4 oz total4. These are good if you are trying to create space when you pack light because you plan on bringing home items from vacationCons.1. Not the best construction. I would like to have products like this just be a little more expensive and in turn, constructed better. You go into a product like this knowing you’re going to put stress on them so when you look down and see it splitting or unraveling you sadly are unsurprised and the inevitable disappointment sets in. Just make them double stitch with thick nylon and give me some ykk zippers and I’ll pay.2. When they do work they still result in a kind of bubble/clamshell shape because most of the compression is on the edges obviously3. For people who wear size large shirts and pants or even bigger you might end up being too efficient with these and think you can pack more in your large sized luggage but you just end up filling that extra space and then you have a luggage that weighs way too much for the airport. Usually when I fill my luggage I end up at 40lbs in a large sized luggage. The new found xtra space these allow just ended up giving me space to mess myself up and end up at 60 lbs which is too much for US airport travel

I had never even heard of packing cubes before I started researching how to travel with minimal luggage on my two week trip to Scotland. I was able to comfortably fit enough clothes to stay in Europe for 2 weeks (one laundry service while there), and it was definitely because of these packing cubes. They are durable, light-weight, and the compression function is great at helping get those last few inches of room to close the carry on luggage without a strain. You won't regret getting these, and I will never pack the same!

Used it on a recent cruise, and it helped keeping my stuff organized better than if I had rolled, tucked and tossed my things by hand. The double zipper helped in making extra room for additional clothes as it creates some sort of compression when the double zipper is closed. I'll definitely continue using it in my travels

These were not actually air tight bags. They did however make the packing much more convenient and I carried way more than needed in a carry on bag for a 7 day trip. I will be using them often. Good for space saving and organizing

I don't typically write reviews but I just had to take the time for this. I bought these for a 12 day trip to Peru where I need both Summer and Fall clothes. This was my first time using compression cubes as I usually just roll my clothes or I'll use a vacuum seal bag. I am in complete awe at how many clothes I was able to fit into the cubes! I put my t-shirts and shorts in the small cubes, and my bathing suits, underwear/socks, PJs and leggings in the large ones. I ended up vacuum sealing my jeans and sweaters because I didn't have any more cubes, but I'm sure I could have fit them in 2 more large cubes. I fit all the cubes in my carryon and it's so organized. I love that the cubes are translucent so you can see what's in each cube. I will never pack the old way again, this is the only way to go!!
