Glute Kickback Ankle Strap -Handmade in USA - 5 D-Rings (2 Pack) (Black, Small)

I am so in love with these!!! They work so good! Tried them out this morning and just fell in love. I know people talk about losing the top D-ring but personally I think you'd have to be pretty careless to do so or in a major rush. The velcro strap these are pretty long and it's underneath the whole strap not in the middle of it where it velcros. You'd have to take the whole strap out to lose it. Also, the D-ring on the bottom can only be felt occasionally if you do walk around in them. I didn't feel it though while doing the cable leg exercises. I also didn't put mine on though until I got to the machine and only did 4 other exercises afterwards where I left them on. You only really feel it when in a stride while walking and if the loop goes straight up and down. It doesn't stay up and down though, it quickly turns to the side, and it's not on every step, so it's not really a big deal to me. It caught me off guard at first but I didn't fall or anything like that it just took me a minute to remember what it was lol. The variety of exercises you can do with these though is more than any other straps I've seen and your foot doesn't feel super odd with the strap pulling on it funny like the ones with only 1 D-ring. The velcro sticks really good too. Also, the fact that it's a pair so I don't have to keep switching back and forth as I work the legs is so awesome! Such a great product, especially for this price!

I had been looking for a replacement for my total gym Pilate ankle straps quite awhile. These Glute Kickback are better than the ones I have due to the extra ring. The size was correct and fits comfortably over my athletic shoes. I do recommend this product!

I'm incredibly happy with my purchase of the FLA FITNESS glute kickback and recommend it to anyone looking for some kickback straps. The strap will fit around your shoe and have 5 different connection points. Since I bring these straps in on leg days, I get quite a few friends asking to try it too .What I also love about this product is that it is durable. It's a simple strap, but you can feel that it's made to last.. I recommend the FLA Fitness Glut Kick back for beginners and advanced training and it doesn't hurt that you will have a nice back side. One of the smartest purchases I have made and a great investment.

They came in mail fast. No lingering foreign off gassing smell. One lil problem, missing D-ring for top of foot. Contacted FLA and within two hours they replied, apologized for the inconveniences AND sent not only the single D-ring...but two. That's not all! They arrived the next day...and to my surprise..a extra pair of ankle straps with a hand written note. I'm not a bodybuilder or power user, just Joe schmo looking for ways to keep my exercises fun. These straps are worth the money $. For those nay-sayers talking bout "mil specs", yeah the webbing could be a lil wider and a lil thicker. But realistically people...these are for kickbacks and other leg work. You don't need a 4 ton rated strap to workout out. I haven't tried every conceivable exercise you can do with these but they do their job. I'd recommend this company and buy from them again. Plus they are handmade USA.

Comfortable, good quality, and adds new exercise options to my routine. I am satisfied with the FLA fitness gluteal backlash. These have been a great addition to my glute day workouts, they are great for adding various angles and variety in training. In addition, it is really nice to stick to your foot and not around the ankle!

The plus - light weight, made in us.The minus- no instructions, uncomfortable, and the metal rings are under your feet so it’s difficult to use standing. Meant for dual purpose but ends up not targeting properly.

Bought these things for my girlfriend to try at the gym, didn't work at all and she slipped and almost fell on this stupid D-Ring they put on the bottom. So I had her put these things back on at home so I could take a photo for the review.There is literally a D-Ring on the bottom they want you to use, that when you try and walk on will make you feel like you are constantly stepping on some hard object on some hard floor and are about to fall on your head. It's crazy.

Almost too many loops to connect things to. They work good for what I want but have had clients complain about them and since they're a womans regular size, it wont fit my big feet so I can't try them on to test them myself.
