I like this supplement. Seems like it is working to keep blemishes down. I still get them at 54!

I have always had issues with my skin because it is so sensitive and I struggle with acne as an adult in their late 20's.My doctor did tell me to not take them everyday because of the amount of vitamins could cause nerve damage. So, I take it every other day or sometime just on bad skin days. I love it. I have seen results with my skin. It is a great product. I will keep coming back to this vitamin.

I'm giving it 3 stars. Taking 2 a day hurt my stomach. I'm going to take one every other day to see if that helps my skin and stomach.

First of all, let me begin by saying that I adored the original product. It was the ONLY supplement that completely cleared my cystic acne without fail. Even though the price was steep, I was willing to pay that amount for clear skin. The original bottle of this also came with 60 pills.Now, there are only 30 pills within the bottle. For essentially the same price. That is beyond ridiculous, especially with inflation and an upcoming recession.I *might* be willing to excuse this if the product was still good, but it has dramatically diminished from its previous high quality. Where I once had crystal clear, perfect skin thanks to the original Murad formula, now I constantly have this layer of blackheads around my t-zone. After taking this for nearly 2 weeks, my skin still has not "settled" with this new formula, and I doubt it will get better.Also, my nails used to be extremely firm. They would never, and I mean NEVER, break. Ever. Within the past two weeks, both of my fingernails have broken at the quick for no reason whatsoever. I haven't done anything different to my routine - my nails haven't been scraping against hard surfaces, they haven't spent extended time in water, I didn't do anything to them manicure-wise. It's only been the change in the supplement.So not only did you half the product, you also made the quality SUBSTANTIALLY worse.I'm just beyond disappointed. I wish there was at least an option to still purchase the original formula. It kills me to write this because I've been a Murad fan for nearly a decade but I just can't stand for this highway robbery.

Seeing a difference. Had to remember to take one early and one later in day not both at same time.

My skin is never as good unless I use Murad products. 10 out of 10, I always recommend.

I am taking these to see better skin. I am an ex-smoker who has a form of asthma that keeps me up many nights. My airways get constricted, clogged, and my throat and nose also play a part in the blockage when I sleep. It does me good to cover all my bases, or whatever ones I can. Skin shows signs of internal illness though many people will deny that. Your eyes also show this disease as I call it. Whatever the claims by manufacturers of supplements made with these ingredients, I have done enough reading and have tried supplements to trust this one to take daily. They are not so expensive that I am out of my league, yet I am not taking junk that does nothing. I do not waste my time on supplements that do not have what doctors instruct me to take but have functions that suit me - like promoting sleep, helping anxiety, and keeping health problems at bay. There seems to be no problem with interactions with other supplements and medications—and these digest fine. I do not seem to be intolerant of the ingredients.These are worth a try, in my opinion. This brand seems to care much about health and not just marketability, which is also evident.Enjoy!
