Outstanding quality! Wood parts are very smooth, zero splinters, pleasant to the touch, very safe for little kids. Manual is on another level: large, clear, colorful, with quality print. I'm delighted! This product deserves more than 5 stars.

Absolutely worth it!Instructions were amazing! Easy to follow quick to put together. And has been sturdy for everyday use against five kids. I have had it for a year and nothing is broke on it yet. Can't believe I have had it this long and nothing is broke

10/10 customer service. When I purchased a product I had issues with a slide. The end of the slide was damaged, so I needed a replacement. Amazon return policy had already expired, because installation took us longer than expected, as we didn’t have a drill. When we contacted customer service they were extremely helpful and sent us a replacement right away without any issues. Overall the gym is very sturdy. The wood is solid, but there are parts that are not well-sanded. My husband got a splinter, so definately inspect it prior to introducing the gym to the children. Also, the climbing holds were incorrectly depicted in the instructions. I noticed only after my poor husband manually installed all of them, so he had to redo it. So make sure to install them as they are depicted on the picture, not the manual, unless that is the goal. Overall, very versatile gym. My 11-month baby loves the side and is in process of learning how to climb. It definately takes a lot of space, but it’s worth it because it brings so much joy.

I was torn between buying this gym for my incredibly active about to be 3 year old. The winters are harsh where I live and we needed a year round solution for his need to be active.I was torn between two sets. One that mounted on the wall and this one. I ultimately settled on this one for a few reasons. 1. It was a stand alone unit. No need to waste wall space. 2. It was sized appropriately for his size, skill, and age with room to grow, but allowances for his younger sister as she grows into it also. 3. The color combos were beautiful. 4. The slide didn’t require extra space.Pros:*It is built very sturdy*The quality was even better than I had hoped for*It is visually appealing for being in my home.* Price is reasonable*The skill level was perfect for my little guy. Just the right balance between ease and challenges*Compact space*Easy assemblyLess than desirable features:* Like other reviews mentioned, the swing was trash. My son fell 4 times immediately after trying it, and where it lands he fell with the frame right on his back. We knew this was potential going into it, and chose to replace the swing with matching rope gymnastic rings from a different manufacturer.*the slide isn’t super slippery, but it is great for kids who enjoy climbing up the slide.* It’s shipping package could have been better, and it had a lot of styrofoam.* There were several small dings on the parts, but they weren’t super notable, only to perfectionist. And they were painted and sealed over it.* The finish I purchased should have had a pink green and blue color top monkey bar section, however mine was natural. This suited my needs well, so I didn’t bother with a return.* While assembly was easy it did take a decent amount of time. My above average/intermediate skilled spouse was able to assemble in in a little under 2 hours alone.I would buy this againI would recommend thisIt is worth the price point and quality

It's a very sturdy playground. Even I can climb it and it seems just fine (I weight 200 lbs). Overall, I'm very happy with it and the kids love it. If your kids love the swing like mine do, you'll always be removing the slide to make more room for swinging FYI.Section B of the instructions are wrong. It shows you how to assemble one of the sides but has it backwards. The orientation it shows is the front, but the screws go on the back/under side. If you're looking at the instructions, the screws go on the OTHER side of what's represented. So if you're looking at the instructions trying to assemble it, simply flip it upside down and put the screws in on the correct side. This is important because you're drilling into the wood. If you make a mistake, you can't simply undo the hole you just drilled.Good product. Take EXTRA care in assembly. Also, a power drill is VERY useful. Good luck!!

I bought this climbing structure for indoor use for my 20-month-old granddaughter. I care for her full time at my house. With pads under and around it, this structure enables her to gain confidence climbing up multiple types of ladders, as well as hanging from the rope ladder. Of course, I stand behind or nearby to "spot" her, but she feels like she is doing it by herself. The rungs on the ladders and climbing wall are spaced closer together than rungs at most nice parks which have equipment designed for older children. In future years, I look forward to watching her learn to use the hand-over-hand bars at the top. In my opinion, this is the type of toy/activity that kids need these days: exciting and interesting, but safe.Assembly was as expected and as described. I used an electric drill with screwdriver bit. I asked for help from a second person when it was time to turn the structure right-side-up. I completed assembly in a few hours.Customer service was awesome! One piece arrived with a chip in the wood. Avenlur replied right away, with an email and option to speak with a dedicated customer service person. My replacement part was shipped promptly, and I received it in California within five days.I highly recommend this product.
