can you use these on bifold doors?

You could use them on bifold doors, but they probably wouldn’t work very good because you don’t have anything to pull on to open the door.

I don't have a router. Would it be possible to use hand tools to install these? What would be the process?

A router would be best and easiest. But if you’re installing on a solid wood door, you might be able to use a hammer and chisel if you’re decent at woodworking. If it’s hollow core door would could use a drill to mark the corners and a small saw to cut the perimeter. The outside edge is fairy wide to cover up any mistakes.

Do these lock? Can they be used on a bathroom door?

Just the door pull, no lock. Whether it can be used in the bathroom door depends on the size of the door frame, and the door frame needs to be slotted.

Do the hardware have sus-304 written on them or is it just in the listing?

There are no markings, stamps or stickers of any kind on the hardware.

Good but not easy install.

First, wanted gold to match BR and bath decor. This worked but is more of a brass color, still matched enough though. Barn door purchased for between bedroom and bath so needed handle for inside bathroom. It had to be flush due to door fit. This pull needed hole cut in door which worked for us but only if you have appropriate tools. Also since hole cutting not exact we did place a small screw to secure better. Reason for four star as not everyone would install with ease. May have been partly our door, however. Looks nice once installed.

Quality finish, true to the color in the listing

Super value and look "rich" on the barn doors in our remodel. Should be recessed, so a little craftsmanship with a chisel is needed to set them in. Otherwise just rout out a slot and screw them in.

Nice but tricky to install

The screws that it came with were not of good quality, but the part is good. I just used some different screws and got it to work nicely. Predrilling holes is a little of a challenge. But I am pleased with the result.
