I love this machine. I love the app and I love the company! I had a little trouble setting up my WIFI AND I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER AND THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE AT 8 PM AT NIGHT AND WALK ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND HELP ME SET UP AND CONFIGURE MY UNIT. Great customer service.!!

So Kevinleo, is pretty good device. When i had an issue with lcd display after 4 month, tech team sent me new lcd and provided all information step by step. Support team even better than Kevinleo. Good job guys

The media could not be loaded. The diffuser is pretty good, I’ll agree that setup is not easy. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult, even the way it’s written in the instructions adds to the confusion. I reached out to support and they resolved the issue and explained things I was still confused on

This will seriously fill your whole house up with fragrance - FAST! The best part is that is that you don’t have to use some special cartridges you have to change all the time. You can use your own scents, your own diffuser oils! Contacting the manufacturer when I had a problem was super easy and they even sent me the parts for free! It’s a one-time cost for a solid machine. This also holds a LOT of oil! Most of the bottles of diffuser oil available come in 500ml and this machine holds 800ml! This is the best one you will find on here for the price. You can use by itself or it has the part to connect to your ac. I have mine hooked up to the ac and it fills the whole house with wonderful fragrance! I love the fact this has an app and the only thing I had to do manual was on the initial setup since I couldn’t figure out how to do it on the app. It runs on 2.4Ghz and my phone still can reach it and the machine is in the garage. You will absolutely love it.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item and was very satisfied with the amount of scent that came out of the machine. I installed this into the A/C system and it worked wonderfully for 9 months at 5 seconds on 300 seconds off interval option. The compressor pump began to get louder and louder over time to the point where it no longer would push out enough air to force any scent out of the mist tube. Oils are pricey no matter who you buy them from which is ok if you enjoy your home smelling great but at almost $400 and for this machine to break at only 9 months with minimal use is just ridiculous. Customer service is out of country so you'll be at their mercy. I reached out to them and was told it was the atomizer tube and was sent a replacement part after waiting 1 month for it to arrive . Unfortunately the part didn't fix the problem and was then told the compressor pump was bad but never received replacement pump compressor part which I was expected to swap out myself! I reached out to them multiple times to amicably resolve the no shipment of pump tracking # yet I was given non existent email addresses multiple times to forward my issues to. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on a company that will not address their customers or warranty adequately. At $400 this is a big paperweight.

Works great app is easy to use but could be better.

I wanted a diffuser that could be programmable, has a fan, and could be attached to the HVAC.The unit has yet to disappoint. I have not attached it to my HVAC. I live mainly on one level.Setting up the app can be tricky. Follow the directions!.. i could not set up with my wifi because is not 2.4. The wifi only works with 2.4...but you can use the APP mode to set up everything. Hole the UP button on until you hear 4 beeps. Link phone app and bam youre ready to go. The app will not be accessible once you disconnect it from the unit. you can always reconnect by pushing the UP button if ever needed.The scent that i love is not from this company. It is OCEAN BREEZE from Scentiment. Scents are interchangable. DO NOT USE WATER in scents. Loving my Kevinleo!
