Absolutely brilliant, bought to use on knee as I've had a knee replacement. It wraps right round my knee. It was good value as not to expensive. Would definitely recommend

Really good item, works well and stays cold for a decent amount of time, it is a very large ice pack and it could be improved by adding an additional strap to secure at both the top and bottom

Brilliant and handy to cool then pop in your bag and take with you. Just had a knee replacement so it was ideal to cool the joint down after walking a few steps and sitting when I was out.They can be wiped clean with antiseptic if going near an incision site.

This is perfect for relieving pain. The quality is brilliant and it does stay cold for a long amount of time. It’s easy to fold up and store in the freezer too which is a benefit when there’s not much room in your freezer!

I wouldnt say they last for 30 mins after being frozen, maybe 15 mins

It's a very good size for getting good coverage. I've only used it for cold applications so far and gives good coverage because it's quite big. If there's one criticism, it would be that there should be 2 straps. The one strap in the middle is okay but if you're placing it over a large area, it would make better contact with 2 straps for top and bottom. I have additional straps of my own which make a big difference for this. That said, I really like the strap they have provided. It has velcro at the ends so that, as you wrap around, it sticks to itself, making it much easier to secure tightly. A very nice touch.
