Great product, great service.
Surround sound adaptor for my Apple TV (or any HDMI device) - makes a huge difference to the sound quality and now I get all my favourite shows in glorious Dolby 5.1 surround sound.Great service from Video-perfects - had a fault with the 1st item but they replaced it immediately free of charge and I'm delighted with the product and the service.

Fantastic
My optical port was broken on my PC so needed something to convert hdmi to optical. To my pleasant surprise this did not just work but was plug and play. Great product

Didn’t work for us :( son needed a solution to get sound from Xbox and monitor set up at uni, this sadly didn’t work.

PS5 to optical audio
I was having serious issues connecting my PS5 to my sound bar, tried about five different options and none workedThen I saw this magic little boxSplits the video and audio signal with no interference or delayPicture still just as good and the audio signal is amazing, very clear and crispConnected using the optical connectionOnly slight issue is that if you fiddle with the box once plugged in, you can get a crackle with the audio, but if you leave it alone, there is no issue.I found a small piece of double sided tape kept the box from moving

Brilliant video/ audio spliter
I bought this after purchasing a raspberry pi 5, but then did not have a micro HDMI lead or adaptor to use the pi. I purchased this splitter together with a HDMI micro to standard HDMI, as my display is a monitor without audio. This unit separates the audio with either the option of optical output or a 3.5mm jack, and you also get a phono to 3.5 plug lead as well. It works well and does what it should do. Have not used the optical output but the 3.5mm socket is about as universal as you could get and I have it plugged into a JBL speaker. Very pleased with it.

Output light doesn’t come on
Ok my TV recognises the HDMI Arc is switched in but says the power is off, I have it plugged in to a 5V adapter and the red light is on . So my side all good.GREEN LIGHT IS OFF on the out side (Toslink) . Therefore returning it as you can only switch the output type …Disappointing as I’ve wasted hours checking my side is ok !
