Had a mild infestation of roaches saw a few every day for about a week applied this haven't seen any for two days straight so I'm cautiously optimistic it is impossible to put plunger in without losing some product so place a paper towel point nozzle downward at it and work plunger in to avoid shooting product somewhere unintended once product is placed where you do plan on placing it it'll dry completely within a day or two but don't worry roaches will still eat it id say if you are aware how to work around the plunger issue this is a very good fast acting product and would probably also work for controlling larger infestations all in all if I ever have an infestation issue again I'd definitely buy this product again though I hope to never see a roach again for the rest of my life so fingers crossed

Effect roach killer but using the syringe dispenser is almost impossible. I plan to dispense a few ounces in an airtight container and use a disposable knife to dab it on surfaces. If you don't have a very strong grip and pushing strength in your arm then find an alternative.

It worked even when I couldn’t find the ant trail. Worked getting rid of the pests very quickly.

I placed hot shot roach & ant gel bait all over trying to stop ghost ants and it did absolutely nothing but stain my grout. The gel would dissolve and turn into a hard flat whitish shell ready to do nothing. I really don’t think it would even affect roaches. I ended up purchasing combat max gel and Terro ant killer liquid. Both worked well, ants loved it and you could see them surrounding the product as if it was candy. Combat is golden looking as if made of millions of micro crystals. I did find placement difficult to control giving it a 4 on a 1 to 10 scale. Don’t press the combat tube to hard or you may place too much product. Terro on the other hand was a breeze to use. You turn the bottle over and gently squeeze letting out clear liquid sugar droplets that stay in little bubbles. The entire time it was such a simple clean placement. I just placed 6 droplets at a time and waited for ants to eat the droplets as the bubbles disappeared. I repeated the process until all ants were completely gone. Hope this helps your purchase for these tiny pest.

I don’t like the gel version. It came out really fast and there were lots of air bubbles in there so suddenly there’d be giant clumps coming out. I ended up wasting a lot because of that. It works ok — as well as the non-gel version.
