Baomain Bridge Rectifier MDQ-100A 100A 1600V Full Wave Diode Module One Phase

It was just what I needed to fix my dead car battery charger. Works great !

I used this rectifier to replace a shorted rectifier in an Astron RS-35M power supply. Given that the original Astron rectified failed, I wanted something with a higher current rating in hopes that that it would give years of reliable service - this unit is rated at twice the amperage of the original rectifier. Installation was simple, and the power supply is now working again.

Arrived on time and in excellent condition. It is a very well built and very convenient to use bridge rectifier. After years of messing with diodes and conventional bridge rectifiers, I was quite pleased with my purchase. In a sense it is a true work of art. I only wish they would make a high voltage model, e.g. 10,000 volts.

The part works good but doesn’t include heat sink paste. That’s not something you can get at a local parts store.

Bought this for my welder. I have a flux core spool feeder so it's a little diff but buying a stick welder soon then installing it. Heard many good things about converting a.c. to dc believe this is desired to getting serious about welding
