I use these every day when working out love them

I bought two sets of these bands about four months ago and have used them nearly everyday since. So far, so good. I'm using them for curls, tricep extensions, squats, good mornings, military press, shrugs, oblique twist, side bends, upright rows, calf raises and even leg extensions (you have to be creative), etc. I screwed anchors into my walls, so I don't use the door anchor, but it looks solid and I'd bring it with me if I traveled to a hotel. I can't say they are better or worse than other bands. I do have to use two bands at the same time with some exercises to get high enough resistance for a low rep set, but I'm sure it would be the same with other bands. There isn't enough resistance for a low rep set of squats (I got additional 3.5 inch bands for that), but these are enough to max out my upper body and for high rep core work and leg work.

This is one of my favorite gym purchases. I can throw them in a bag on vacation or use them at home. Great quality and haven't had any issues!

The bands work great, the seller is great also. Unforseen things do happen in the manufacturing process apparently because one of my bands snapped under light loading so I am somewhat disappointed in the purchase.I'm sure the seller will hopefully rectify the problem when they are aware of it.Does make me apprehensive in as far as using the bands for any critical applications where a similar failure could result in injury to myself or bystanders.

Had my previous resistance bands from a different company for 3 years and only have 1/3 that are ripping. However, the thickest band in this set snapped after a little less than 5 months while doing band assisted vertical jumps (not even pulling it to max tension). That being said, I love the options of different resistance and the door mount.

I love these bands, I use the thinner ones for pull up assistance and the thicker ones for glute activation. so many other uses as well! Love that they came in a bag. And they’re all neutral colours so they never clash with my outfit at the gym.
