Storm at the Summit of Mount Everest: A Choose Your Path Book

Bought this for my 5th graders to read (it's 4th gr. leveled) as they are gaining confidence as readers. Well written story, factual and informative, engaging and fun. I got hooked just reading the first section to kids to get them going, they BEGGED for a wk to do nothing but read this and other Ryan Jacobson books. My students have learning disabilities, but if I keep giving them books like this, they won't need me much longer. HIGHLY recommend this book. Choices are not on every page, and some you have to record (so kids learned to take notes as they went). We had a blast with this book. Just beware page 67!Would like to add that this is not a "pocket book" sized paperback and the font is clear and large enough for kids with learning disabilities to read easily. My students wrote to the author and received replies, too. Would definitely buy again.
