Excellent quality
I’ve been using a base set of Farberware for literally decades, have loved them and was hesitant to change; but these are every bit as good and more. I love the glass lids. They cook well. They are easy to clean. I’m pleased they made the larger pan deeper. Highly recommend.

High quality that lasts
High quality cookware. This is my second set of Millennium. The first set lasted 12 years.

Surprisingly Good (many years of use)
I purchased this exact set back in 2016, and despite a whole lot of loose care given to this set, I have been completely surprised/shocked at how well this set has held up to years of use at any temperature on my gas stove. Only as of this year (2024) has the nonstick coating on the pans really started breaking down and rendered themselves fairly useless unless I'm slopping 1/3 cup (or more) of oil and or 2-3 tbsp of butter. I'm sure all the new stuff isn't as good as the older models, even for this discounted type of set, but man my old set had a great run. Not sure where to go from here in terms of shopping for something new. Even the really expensive nonstick sets (Hestan, Hex, All Clad, Viking, etc.) I see online have a TON of mixed reviews and horror stories of peeling nonstick within weeks of use, and the sets in general not at all being nonstick no matter what tips/tricks are followed.

SHINE ON, SHINE ON !
After much research on stainless cookware, I finally settled on the Farberware. The pricing on the Millennium setwas well under what I was willing to spend, so I also looked at the higher priced sets. It turns out that those higher priced pots & pans didn't have any apparent advantages over the Farberware at all. In fact, the Farberware looked to be of better quality than some sets costing 30-80 dollars more. These pots & pans are of good weight, they are stout, but not overly heavy and the highly polished outside surfaces are beautiful. The insides of the pots & pans are of a satin finish, with the degree of finish slightly varying from pan to pan. I was concerned that the pans with the coarser finishes may be prone to having food stick on the bottom, but it was worry for nothing, the pots and pans were problem free. The heavy glass lids are nice, but the lid handles get very hot, very quickly. The handles of the pots & pans themselves also get hot, so I'd recommend using an oven mitt when holding on to either handle. It was the issue of the hot handles that caused me to drop them to a 4 star rating, I'd give all other aspects of the product 5 stars. Besides the one minor problem, Farberware has produced a very fine set of cookware.I noticed that most of the 1 & 2 star reviewers all had the same issue, they complained that everything they tried to cook would stick. Well, cooking on stainless is much different than cooking on non-stick. I believe the unhappy buyers of stainless are expecting bare steel to act like Teflon and that's just not gonna happen. If you're going from Teflon to stainless steel, you'll need to adjust your heat setting to lower than what you are used to and use at least a little oil. DO NOT use PAM or other spray cans of anti stick coating, it'll just make an ugly mess of your pan.The bottom line?? If you want a stainless set for under $100, this is it.

Quality Goods
I purchased this set of millennium stainless steel nonstick cookware to update/supplement my existing cookware, which had dwindled down to the last several pieces remaining from the same exact 10 piece Farberware set of the same variety, given to me over two decades ago as a housewarming gift for my first place when I moved away from home after graduating high school. Honestly, the only reasons I needed to replace components of the first set can be boiled down to youth and inexperience: some pieces were lost and one piece was damaged by the kind of abuse that a pan could only suffer at the hands of an unsupervised novice cook.My new set arrived glistening, well-packed, in pristine condition, and ready for action. Very little has changed in the design over 20 years, which means the new set can be easily blended with old; the old lids fit the new pans perfectly and vice versa. Faberware’s consistency also rings true for quality, as each piece is thoughtfully designed, well-constructed from solid materials, cooks evenly, cleans-up with ease, and displays nicely when in use and when racked. Guests who watch me cook almost always compliment my pans and those who use the pans themselves compliment them without fail.Addressing common complaints from negative reviews, these are like any other objects one can own - they require proper care for longevity. Read the instructions and warnings that come in the box. Common sense and I both recommend hand washing with soft sponge/dishrag only (no Brillo, etc), towel drying. Because low cupboards are places where so much is stored but so little patience is afforded, storing cookware on a rack is a great way to avoid clutter from banging them up. Also, despite what the video may say, metal utensils should never be used with nonstick cookware. This is a beautiful investment for any kitchen and a practical choice for every day use. Seeing my new and old pieces side-by-side shows how very well these pots, pans, and lids stand the test of time and explains why I’m unlikely to ever need to purchase another set of cookware for domestic purposes again. Highly satisfied.

Doesn’t act like it is stainless steel
My mother was looking for a new set of pots so I purchased this for her because normally we have good experiences with Farberware products, but this product did not live up to expectations. My mother used the products once and there was discoloration on the inside of the pot, as if the color came off. I’m terribly disappointed in the product, especially since I paid so much money for it and it is supposed to be stainless steel.
