Great Book for ALL Clergy. It lays out Biblical principles in a clear design that is not above the lay minister nor beneath the seasoned pastor. Anyone desiring to enter into the ministry of Elder, Pastor or any preaching, teaching, or congregational leadership should read this BEFORE being liscensed, ordained or commencing their work for God. Some may find after reading this volume that the office of minister may be more than they are willing to enter. It WILL challenge the reader to aspire to be what the Bible says a minister should be rather than what people what or think a minister should be. A great read!

Awesome, Awesome Handbook!!!
This handbook is a big Blessing and truly wonderful. It references Bible scriptures & verses accurately and appropriately. For such a small package it's packed with so much powerful information. Once I started using it as one of my studying tools, I didn't want to stop and you won't either.As you study your Bible it is a great ministerial tool to use along with your Bible. I would recommend that anyone in the five-fold ministry purchase this handbook; you won't regret it.
