600 TRUE Metrix Blood Glucose Test Strips with Free Meter

When this arrived it was labeled as McKesson True Metrix strips (and meter). I was initially unsure if the strips were compatible with my True Metrix Air meter, so I reached out to the seller in case I needed to return. They replied and said the strips were compatible. I used them this morning and confirmed the McKesson branding is only on the packaging. The strips are True Metrix strips made by Truvidia, and they will work with any True Metrix compatible meter. Similarly, the meter just has McKesson branding and will work with any True Metrix strip, no need to buy McKesson branded.Also, would like to point out all the strips (I bought the pack of 600) had the same expiration date. I purchased in late Feb 2023, and they all expire in mid Jun 2024. Depending on how many you use per day the expiration may not be long enough.

Yesterday I wrote a bad review about this seller. After several messages between us, my confusion was explained. The seller's ad did NOT state that the control solution was included, as I previously thought. The information came from the meter box itself. This is an older model meter which requires coding. The newer ones do not require coding. So, I ordered a newer model meter . Problem solved. The strips are great! Every box of 50 strips has an expiration date of 6 years from now. This is an awesome buy! Seller, thank you for working with me. Again, I apologize.

I would recommend this product as I continue to use it with satisfaction.

I purchased "600 TRUE Metrix Blood Glucose Test Strips with Free Meter". I did not receive the promised "free meter". The strips cannot work without a meter.UPDATE: I finally received the meter and have increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Better communication of the supplier issue (would have decreased the need to continually follow up). Thank you for coming through in the end.
