So nice I bought it thrice
I own 3.I bought one for voice over work. I liked it so much I bought another for my VO booth setup , to pick up when people have the bad habit of turning their heads when emoting. The third is for my home setup. It’s my mic for Discord when I’m in voice chat. I have received many compliments on the quality.I also will do some quick temporary recordings on my home setup for clients. What I like about this mic for my home use is the range. You have to be “on it” for it to pick you up. I can turn my heads and back up 12 inches and I can’t be heard. I play my game sounds through desktop speakers and wear none conductive headphones for discord. My game is NEVER picked up though the mice.

Me gusta la construccion como en metal
He tenido el maono pd100 y el fifine am8 y para mi gusto la calidad de sonido del Fduce es muy buena, teniendo en cuenta que cuesta mucho menos, hablando de su version XLR claro esta

Good, Not Great
For the money this is a decent microphone for podcasts or meetings. It’s well built and looks good (especially in white), but the audio quality can be a little muffled with a wooly bottom end. There is also a large drop in quality when used via USB, so I would not recommend it to someone with no interface as it sounds much better via XLR input.

Great value but poor sound quality
My Hopes were high. I opened the box and it look so similar to a shure mv7 microphone. It felt solid, well made, heavy and solid. When comparing this microphone to the MV7 which has a similar configuration.Once connected and tested for several streams the hopes quickly became disappointment. The Shure microphone out preforms this microphone by a lot.If you are on a budget this microphone is not bad. When using USB you need to be very close to this microphone. Not more than 1-2 inches away. It is very sensitive to the diection you. You need to find the sweet for the best sound quality. It's very easy to miss that sweet spot. When connecting this microphone to an xlr interface it performs better. The SL40 seems to be noisier than the mv7 as well as the bass sounds off, and generally the audio did not sound natural. The sweet spot is a little more forgiving since you can increase the sensitivity and provide phantom power but it still has it's issues with it.The one big positive this microphone (sl40) has vs the MV7 is a USBC port which is very solid. The mv7 uses a micro usb port which is very easy to break.I was hoping to use this microphone as a backup microphone unfortunately I had to return the microphone as it under performed by a lot compared to the MV7. It was not worth the issues for me even if it was free.If you need a dynamic microphone to reject room noise and background noise this microphone does it well but you will NOT get the same warm natural sound that you get from a Shure microphone.
