Doesn't seem like it should work this well...but it does. Months of neck pain and after a few nights using this for a little while each night (I don't recommend using it for long periods of time) I found it stretched out my neck and drastically reduced neck pain and soreness. Does feel a bit awkward at first, the flat side uses your shoulders to help lift and stretch the neck. Removable washable case, very firm foam. I would recommend it if you have nagging neck pain.

Easy to use … and profitable! 15 minutes a day! Good product! I recommend it.

Only used it a couple times since purchasing the item. Does take some getting used to. However. It does seem to help my neck some.

Lifelong reader, here, whose cartilage between vertebrae are worn down from looking down to read. My chiropractor wanted me to buy an expensive wedge from her practice, but I found this little option ... and oh my goodness, it is nice!It's firm foam rather than hard plastic - which I prefer. The hard plastic cervical correctors are much to hard for me.I started with 5 minutes and have worked up to about 20 minutes now. I can tell a distinct difference with decreased stiffness in my neck, better range of motion (I also stretch), decreased tenderness, and fewer low headaches in the back of my head.I usually slide it under my neck after my first alarm in the morning and lie on it before getting up, so its primary use is in bed. I also lie on it on the floor during the day sometimes. I move it around to hit different pressure points. Feels so good. Have also used it just before bed and have fallen asleep on it several times.Recently recommended this to my dental hygienist who has similar neck problems from looking down all day.

Putting the sleeve back on correctly is laborious at best. If you need to wash the outside, good luck fitting it back in.

I was skeptical to buy this but for $20 i wanted to give it a try. I use it once a day for as long as i can handle it. In just 2 weeks i saw improvement and now almost a month using it, the "tech neck hump" i developed has almost DISAPPEARED. So happy with this purchase!!

This is really made good. It’s just too hard and hurts my neck when I use it. Arthritis in my neck is painful. This is a stretcher not a soft pillow.

Much smaller than I expected. The dimensions were in the photos and description, but I wasn't paying attention so that was my own fault to expect a bigger pillow. It is very firm, and that is what I hoped for, so that was a huge plus. The outer cover is very soft and perfect for sleeping.The crevice where your neck goes is too low for me though. I need my neck to sit higher and I turn it upside down so I'm sleeping on the straight edge instead of the curved part at different times during the night. I know it says to use it for only a little while but I am very comfortable using it in terms of discomfort on my neck.It is taking a while to get used to using this pillow as opposed to a regular pillow, as I am a side sleeper and it is pretty small. You have to turn over and stay in a very small space to stay on the pillow. My shoulders are squooshed, so I wish it was bigger or higher to accommodate side sleeping and still keep my neck and head at the correct angles. But if my neck and head stay in the right positions, as this pillow helps with, I wake up with no neck and shoulder pain. It will creep back during the day, but this is a huge deal for me. I have been struggling with this pain for years, before I even open my eyes. It keeps me awake at night and keeps me in bed all day. But some relief is better than none. I'm glad I ordered this. It's not perfect, but it does help.
