I finally tried this tonight, and it works great. People think that you can just LEAVE this part on your water chamber 24/7 - and then it gets a bad review because it leaks. NO. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. This part should only be on when you are cleaning it in your SoClean machine. It's supposed to leak during the changing process.Pro tip: when your insurance will pay for a new water chamber, save the old one. Put this part on the old (cleaned) water chamber. Then you can swap them out really easily!

Perfect fit and well worth the price

Like this item - and most of these reviews - and every other device on the market out there - says, the ResMed 11 is >NOT< like the ResMed 10 in that you can just leave the adapter lid on the machine at all times. You MUST switch back to the ResMed 11 lid while using the CPAP device or this lid - and probably every other third-party device - will leak terribly and cause the machine to be very loud.After my first night trying this, I wrote the vendor. They were very prompt with their replies and also very friendly and helpful ... including offering to send out another device if I wanted it. After my research, there's just no reason to do that - but the fact that vendor offered is quite outstanding. I appreciate their responses, helpfulness and offers. I'll be looking to use them again.

I recently purchased this garbage, hoping for a quality item that would meet my needs. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed. The most glaring issue is the complete absence of the necessary chambers underneath the lid. These chambers are essential for the proper functioning of the product, and without them, it is essentially useless.The build quality is subpar, and the materials used feel cheap.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against purchasing this product. It is a major letdown, and you would be much better off investing your money in a more reputable and well-designed alternative. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment – just don’t.

Snapped together very easily onto the original water container. But I noticed a gap between the 2 halves. This worried me, so I took it apart and reassembled a few times. Gap still there. I put the original top back on and there was a gap there too, although smaller. Put the new top on again and tried the AirSence11. Worked great!!
