These probiotics contain pcran which is very effective for bladder health. I combine these with a d-mannose supplement to treat uti symptoms and to maintain bladder health. I don't think I could live without these and they are so affordable!

Very good deal other brands you only get a month supply with this one I got two . They’re easy to swallow. They don’t have a smell and so far they seem to relieve pain I have sometimes due to obvious reasons of every day life for females. I didn’t notice a taste at all and the color is not offputting I would say these are great quality and I will be buying again

If you're looking for a good probiotic/prebiotic that's affordable then I highly recommend you to buy these. Also they have cranberry in it which is a plus.

Idk I wanted to like these because I used this brand before, the ph body wash and loved it. I use Uro. Uro is so effective for me but expensive so I wanted to try another vaginal prebiotic. I am currently on the depo shot and haven’t had a period in about a year. I took these and the next day I am spotting and cramping and this is the only change I have recently made so it has to be this prebiotic. Before I tried these, I was taking Uro for about 4 months and never had spotting or cramping. But I’m not saying it’s a bad product because it clearly works for a lot of women, just not for me unfortunately.
