I am writing this review after I have used this product for about 10 days. I am a beginner so cannot expect visible results in such a short time. I must say that it can fulfil your daily protein goals. No digestion issue at all. It has a great miscibility. It tasted bad at first but now its like cocaine 😂, you will probably be liking this taste after a while. Easily mixable and also increase stamina to some extent when u workout, rest your basic strength and motivation is your own. I take it 1 hours before exercise. I have find no side effects yet. Before use my suggestions, please First do exercise, touch your limits and take protein from natural source like food. Then if u find weakness during workout and after workout then try it. It will really help u to increase stamina. But remember one thing exercise is must if u are using whey protein otherwise do not use it. Do whatever u can do like running, gym and heavy workout. Don’t use more than two scope in a day. One before workout and second after workout.

After a deep research about this supplement, I ordered it in the last month. I started using it for almost a month and saw the difference. I started to gain lean muscles easily and it also gave me strength. This is the pure form of raw whey without any flavour or digestive enzymes.
