good, reasonable easy to install, works fine (even though i'm not sure it needed to be replaced, the previous battery was close to 7 years old and I think it was still working fine - given that it's maybe used once or twice a year or so, for maybe 10 min each (to shut down gracefully)...

Simply put, my UPS would shut off any time the power flickered, just like a power strip would. Of course, that's because the old battery was done for. I popped it out without an issue and put this one in and everything works fine now. This is much more cost effective than getting a whole new UPS unit.

Bought in September 2020, died in December 2024. Will buy another.

Replaced the old one after nine years. New One works fine.

Direct replacement for B.B. Battery HR1234W in CP825AVRLCD. Fit was tight, but no different than original battery. UPS is now back to working and will power my equipment when unplugged like when first bought about 5 years ago. It costs more than similar size and rated third party batteries, but hopefully it will last longer than those. Had some I tired for other UPS replacements that only lasted a couple years, which ends up costing more in $ and time.

We bought the CP825AVRLCD model in September 2015, works fine for our internet & phone.The manual says battery itself estimated 3 to 6 years life, and like clockwork just after 6 years of very few power outages, the UPS one morning went solid tone BEEP with no relief. Powering cycling on and off did not help.Quick research online pointed out a dying battery is likely culprit, and finding this battery replacement much cheaper than buying a whole new UPS it was an easy buy.Amazon Prime came through with next day delivery.It took longer to unplug, clean, and plug everything back together than the actual battery replacement.The little screw on the sliding battery door was worrisome, should have used a little WD-40 on it rather than risk stripping the head.No issues or smell after everything put back in place and charged overnight. Expecting same reliability but will update should anything change with the new battery.

This replaced the original battery in an old (and very good) Cyber Power CP825AVRG. The original battery lasted a very long time, but I got no warning from the crappy Cyber Power software before it failed completely. The old battery was almost impossible to remove - it was very, very tight fit and had a sticky pad underneath it which made removal much, much harder. The wires and terminals are very awkwardly placed, and made installation frustratingly difficult. Care must be taken not to short across the terminals, and to make sure the wires haven't fallen off during installation. Just a really dumb design. That said, the new battery was a worthwhile investment in an otherwise very good UPS.

This replaced my CyberPower’s battery, which lasted an amazing seven years. This one is working fine, but has only been installed a week or so. I’ll know more in seven years.
