Love this bottle and the cute motivational messages on it. Doctors orders to drink 2L of water every day so the time based markers are perfect reminders for tracking how much water I am drinking throughout the day. I don’t carry it around as much as use it to fill my glasses and portable bottles.And folks, it is glass - if you drop it and mishandle it, it will break - so don’t drop it or mishandle it. Duh.

I use this to keep iced tea in and keep it in my fridge. I've really liked it so far, but now (after around 3 months) the top has something going on. It's getting what looks like a white film on it. First I thought it was kind of a fog from the cold air, but it does not wipe off. Since it's only on the outside, I'm not overly concerned, but I also thought the top was stainless. If that's the case, then it definitely shouldn't be doing that.

Had a problem with the top cracking. However their customer service was quick to respond and was excellent!

Everything went well for a few weeks until one day the glass bottle suddenly broke by itself. My son had to remove the glass from the black sleeve because the black sleeve was still good. Something’s wrong with the quality of the glass!

I should have written this a few months ago. I've bought this bottle for myself and my son. I tend to be clumsy and have dropped it a couple of times before. I've also had the Mayu bottle before. That one didn't withstand my clumsiness. This bottle is thicker and more sturdier than the Mayu. It's still glass though. So you can't expect it to be indestructible and it does get heavy when full. If you drop it and it falls on concrete or tile It's probably going to break as expected. However, I've really enjoyed it and when I had a minor issue with one they're customer service helped me out right away. This is the first time I've written a review for anything on here and that's because I'm happy with this bottle and appreciate how quick and helpful they were with solving my issue. Thank you.
