Stale & broken
Slightly stale, and broken like someone tried to snap each bar along its divider line. Every single bar the same. I love these so I ate them anyway, but if they were for gifts I would've sent them back. And it wasn't the packing...they were triple wrapped in bubble wrap.

Broken, melted, bad package for food and old
This is my favorite chocolate biscuit and I was happy when I found it that I ordered 3 of them even though the price wasn’t really good. But unfortunately I got it broken and the chocolate is melted and with expired very soon in 45 days which means it is old. The package was very bad they couldn’t even put it in a box. It was in bag or they call it envelope.
